A busy construction office is seeking a proactive and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is organized detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities while keeping operations running smoothly. You will be working closely with management and supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage phone calls emails and other correspondence
Schedule meetings maintain calendars and coordinate appointments
Prepare and organize documents contracts and reports using Excel Outlook Word and Adobe
Assist with project files vendor communications and general office support
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time while maintaining professionalism
Must-Haves
Minimum 2 years of office experience
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Excel Outlook and Adobe (company willing to cover an online Excel course if needed)
Prior experience in construction real estate or related industries is a plus
