Ready to lead your own store
Were looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Outlet Onehunga store. Youll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations coaching and developing your team and creating a positive high-performing store environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product someone who loves sales thrives in a fast-paced setting and leads with care confidence and energy.
What your day will look like:
Leading and managing the daily operations of your store
Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences
Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets
Championing a fun inclusive and supportive team culture
Overseeing store presentation stock levels and visual merchandising
Managing admin reporting and other key operational tasks
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have retail leadership experience and a track record of results
Are passionate about developing others and building a strong team
Lead by example with a positive proactive approach
Are confident managing performance processes and priorities
Take pride in delivering great service and high store standards
Are aligned with our values and excited to represent our brand
Are available to work 37 hours per week across a Tuesday to Saturday roster
