Job Summary

Are you a proactive and strategic property professional looking for their next challenge We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Wellington for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is your opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As a Property Manager youll oversee the day-to-day operations of a nominated property portfolio including commercial assets. Youll ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard manage tenancy agreements and deliver strategic planning to maximise value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property and facility operations ensuring compliance and timely action on tenancy obligations.
  • Develop and implement business plans including lifecycle analysis and strategic positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients tenants contractors and stakeholders.
  • Oversee leasing strategies minimise vacancies and negotiate new leases.
  • Prepare budgets financial reports and ensure accurate management information systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and facilities teams to enhance property performance.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
  • High attention to detail strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
