The Role

As Event Operations Manager youll lead a talented team of event professionals and oversee the seamless planning and execution of all events including large-scale and high risk events. This is a hands-on leadership role where everyday brings new challenges and opportunities from strategic planning to on the ground delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of event professionals
Oversee planning and delivery of events ensuring compliance and risk management
Build strong relationships with stakeholders contractors and clients
Manage budgets systems (Momentus/Ungerboeck) and operational documentation
Champion Health & Safety and continuous improvement across all events
A solid understanding of ticketing systems and their integration into event planning and delivery

About You

8 years experience in event management with a strong background delivering large-scale high-risk events
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
