Job Description
We are looking for Senior P&O Professional

Job Description:
- Designing and deploying intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Building custom applications and workflows with PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Leveraging Microsoft Fabric to integrate and manage data across platforms for enhanced decision-making.
- Creating insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven strategies.
- Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and digital enablers.
- Translating organizational needs - particularly from the P&O domain - into scalable user-friendly digital solutions.
- Supporting change management and adoption of digital tools across the organization.
- Continuously improving digital solutions based on user feedback and performance data.
Providing training documentation and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 28 years of experience in digital transformation HR technology or low-code/no-code development
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI/automation platforms
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps Power BI and ideally Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with or understanding of SQL particularly for data integration and development within Microsoft Fabric and Copilot Studio
- Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions that are both strategic and user-centric
- Some familiarity with People & Organisation (P&O) concepts (e.g. HR processes talent management organizational development) is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced iterative environment
- Familiarity with Agile and sprint-based methodologies
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies or digital transformation frameworks are a plus
