Who You Are
You are a passionate detail-oriented producer with a deep understanding of retail environments and creative production. You thrive in fast-paced matrixed environments and are known for your ability to manage complex projects with precision and creativity.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in project management and retail production within agencies or global brands.
- Expertise in managing timelines budgets spatial design deliverables and vendor coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; a collaborative team player who inspires others.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English (verbal & written).
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design Project Management or related field.
- 6 years of experience in retail design fixture/event production or store development.

What You Work On
You will lead the end-to-end production of Nikes seasonal retail and store design projectsfrom concept to executionensuring creative excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of retail and in-real-life (IRL) experiences ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive project schedules design deliverables and review cadences across all stages.
- Coordinate site due diligence design development and cross-functional alignment.
- Facilitate sampling prototyping and vendor collaboration to ensure execution meets Nikes standards.
- Commission and manage / explore creative partners agencies and production vendors.
- Maintain documentation learnings and integration into retail standards.
Who You Work With
You will collaborate daily with Nikes internal Brand Creative and Retail Design teams including designers art directors and creative leaders. Youll also work closely with:
- Cross-functional teams: Marketing Retail Brand Finance Legal Business Affairs Procurement.
- External partners: Architects agencies contractors and suppliers.
- Global and Geo stakeholders to align on creative and operational goals.
