In this role you will:- Demonstrate deep understanding of local telecoms market opportunities including business strategies and competitive positioning of each player as well as competitor activities and emerging trends.- Build and establish strong collaboration with partners channel team (all reporting levels) to identify strategic opportunities align sales objectives and develop a sales plan to optimize sales performance. - Drive demand generation programs and manage performance at partner stores. Leverage market insights to ensure Apple products are competitively positioned in all consumer offers.- Collaborate with various cross functional teams internally to effectively communicate the Apple story and create a great customer experience at partner stores. This involves implementing and managing retail activities such as training merchandising and advocacy.- Coordinate relevant below-the-line marketing activities with the partner ensuring the quality communication execution compliance and appropriate use of Apple creative assets. - Arrange and conduct quarterly business reviews with store area regional management to discuss store performance and future growth plans. - Support the Account Managers in developing a holistic account plan on quarterly and annual basis. - Always represent the Apple brand to the highest level.
Min 8 years of proven sales management experience or a comparable background are preferred.
Possess a strong understanding of carrier market dynamics consumer offer structures and business agreements.
Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and effectively communicate conclusions.
Confident and eloquent communicator with excellent presentation skills.
A bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience as an Account Executive for a mobile device company or a mobile operator with an understanding of account and channel management negotiation forecasting and tactical execution
Demonstrated strengths in relationship management and ability to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization
Proven in delivering results in a highly dynamic environment
Comfortable with dealing with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists
Highly collaborative and inclusive engagement style seeking to deliver outstanding outcomes - regardless of the status quo or perceived boundaries.
