  • Engineering Supervisor

    About the Role
    We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor who will lead and support manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency safety and continuous improvement across the production floor. This role is key to achieving production metrics implementing best practices and developing engineering talent.

    Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the production area to achieve established metrics.

  • Ensure equipment is started up on time and properly at the beginning of each shift.

  • Coordinate EWOS runs and monitor progress.

  • Manage spare parts purchasing for assigned machines.

  • Create update and modify technical documentation such as Work Instructions (WI) Checklists FMEAs and AQPs.

  • Lead and follow up on capital projects and best practice initiatives from start to completion.

  • Actively participate in safety-related activities and initiatives.

  • Implement cost reduction projects Best Practices Poka Yokes and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide training and guidance to engineers technicians and setup personnel.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Electrical or related).

  • 35 years of experience in manufacturing/production engineering or a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma FMEA APQP and continuous improvement tools.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage and develop teams.

  • Advanced English proficiency.
