Work from the comfort of your home with a remote opportunity Must live within 100 miles of the Austin TX

Class Start Date: October 6 2025

Training Class Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST Anticipated Shift After Completion of Training: Start times range from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM CT with one weekend day required

Compensation includes paid training hourly base rate paid weekly and eligibility for monthly incentives.

It should be safe and secure ergonomically appropriate for the individual and free of interruptions.

Applicant is responsible for working directly with Internet Service Provider (ISP) for set up & support. Minimum requirements of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed must be set up and maintained. (Mbps Megabits per second). Must have a physical cable plug-in (ethernet) connection.

Marriotts Personal Ambassador associates deliver personal service by promptly and accurately responding to the inquiries of our most loyal guests via phone mail and email. Personal Ambassadors respond to contacts from their dedicated member base and anticipate guest needs actively listen answer questions and resolve any issues in an efficient and effortless experience. As a dedicated contact for their guests Personal Ambassadors are responsible for evaluating and analyzing each guests needs recommending and executing tailored travel solutions that enhance their travel experience deepening their loyalty to Marriotts products and services. Personal Ambassadors build relationships over time with assigned Ambassador members to personalize service and become a trusted resource. Responsibilities include customizing communications and travel planning as well as experiences for Ambassador members for business travel life events special stays offers and exclusive Ambassador offers and events. Personal Ambassadors are responsible for new member onboarding to introduce the Ambassador program and proactive outreach to low engaged Ambassador members. Personal Ambassador support the Ambassador team with Personal and Anytime Ambassador calls and emails from Ambassador Members on a regular basis.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; stand sit or walk for an extended period of time. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: 6 months related experience in Loyalty Knowledge Group or higher Knowledge group required.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
