The Eligibility Coordinator is responsible for maintaining data in NextGen Practice Management System to ensure patient insurance information is correct and current and informing appropriate staff of changes in insurance that will affect coverage of visits such as expired insurance plans changes in benefits or co-pays. The Eligibility Coordinator will also verify patient eligibility for Substance Use and Mental Health grants as well as other grants. The nature of this position is multi-faceted and the Eligibility Coordinator may also be performing work on demographic updates billing and payment posting as well as any other areas identified by leadership.
Salary: $19.00 - $22.00/hour
