Summary:
This key position supports the Japan Talent Acquisition (TA) team by leading key initiatives. Main focus will be 1) Lead for New Grad Recruitment 2) support TA Head/team and 3) develop strategic experience and skills to contribute in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Grade Recruitment
- Mid-Career Recruitment
- Invoice Handling for all Hires
- New Starter Set-up
- Assist TA Head
