Neurotology/Otology Faculty- Open Rank

The Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Sciences at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurotologistto join our dynamic and growing is a unique opportunity to practice the full spectrum of neurotologic care in a collaborative academic environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities and support for clinical research and educational interests.

Position Highlights:

  • Join a collegial team of fellowship-trained subspecialists in a department that values innovation mentorship and academic excellence.
  • Work within a quaternary care referral center at Froedtert Hospital and Childrens Wisconsin seeing a wide variety of complex ear and skull base disorders.
  • Opportunities to build a high-volume surgical practice encompassing the full breadth of neurotology including cochlear implantation lateral skull base surgery vestibular schwannoma management and complex otologic reconstruction.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary skull base and hearing preservation programs alongside Neurosurgery Radiation Oncology Audiology and other specialties.
  • Dedicated time and resources available for research education and professional development.

Position Requirements:


  • Completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship in Neurotology.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
  • Committed to teaching medical students and Otolaryngology residents.
  • Enthusiastic about participating in clinical or translational research.
  • Team-oriented and driven to contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Eligible for unrestricted licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
