Facial Plastics Faculty - Open Rank

The Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Sciences at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Fellowship trained Facial Plastics Otolaryngologist to join our expanding team of subspecialists. This is an exciting opportunity to build a busy clinical practice focused on the full breadth of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery while contributing to the academic mission of one of the nations leading academic medical centers.

Position Details:

  • Join a collaborative and collegial team of Otolaryngology faculty with a strong culture of mentorship and support.
  • Practice at Froedtert Hospital and affiliated sites a nationally recognized academic medical center and MCWs primary adult hospital partner.
  • Opportunities for clinical and translational research quality improvement initiatives and resident and medical student education.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care of patients for functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty facial trauma facial gender-affirming surgery facial reanimation skin cancer reconstruction (including Mohs reconstruction) scar revision facial aesthetic surgery and non-surgical aesthetics including injectables and laser/energy-based devices.

Position Requirements:

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency and fellowship training in Facial Plastic Surgery.
  • Eligible for unrestricted licensure in the State of Wisconsin
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to academic medicine.
  • Interest in teaching residents and medical students.
  • A team player who values collaboration innovation and compassionate care.
