Position Summary
The Jr HR Shared Services Analyst (Associate Analyst People Services) is responsible for providing Tier 1 HR support and promoting employee self-service across the U.S. Canada and Mexico. This role responds to routine HR inquiries supports employee lifecycle transactions and collaborates with global advisors to ensure consistent service delivery. The Advisor plays a key role in delivering a positive employee experience through responsive and accurate support.
While this role primarily focuses on Tier 1 support we are also seeking candidates with Tier 2 experience to support broader service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies procedures and system navigation.
- Guide employees and managers to appropriate self-service tools and resources.
- Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to Sr. Advisors or Specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with global People Services Advisors to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Support knowledge base updates by identifying gaps or outdated content.
- Participate in team meetings training and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR support or customer service.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) and case management tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Languages:Fluency in English and Spanish required French is a plus.
