ISP HR Analyst Role Profile

Purpose of Role

In this role you will support the organization by analyzing HR data optimizing processes and providing insights that contribute to data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle. Youll collaborate closely with various HR functions and business units to ensure consistency accuracy and effectiveness in all HR-related activities.

ISP Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities

• Collect analyze and interpret HR-related data (e.g. turnover absenteeism compensation engagement) to identify trends and improvement areas
• Support HR reporting and dashboard creation for internal stakeholders and leadership
• Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies procedures and programs
• Monitor key HR metrics and ensure data integrity across systems
• Provide support in recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in performance management cycle coordination and tracking
• Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives
• Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
• Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews

Skills Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR Analyst HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
