The Prime Video Canada business is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager of Growth & Engagement. This individual will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive customer growth and engagement for the Prime Video Canada business. This includes identifying and developing plans to reach new audiences prioritizing investment initiatives based on opportunity size creating mechanisms to interface with new internal and external partners and analyzing business metrics and developing recommendations. This individual will possess competencies of strategic thinking to identify areas of biggest opportunity on the business an ability to work through ambiguity towards implementation and strong assessment of whats working on our business and how to improve. This is a new role for Prime Video Canada we are looking for an individual who can identify and implement solutions to complex problems or yet-to-be-defined opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
Lead marketing investment priorities inputs and budget management for the Prime Video Canada business by partnering with local and global stakeholders
Identify areas of growth with Amazon business units both within and outside of Prime Video and develop partnership mechanisms that drives implementation
Owns reporting on acquisition and engagement metrics with ability to identify drivers of performance and partner on solutions with product marketing teams
Manage external non-paid partnership marketing for the Prime Video Canada business
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Strong relationship management negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of marketing channels and customer-facing metrics
- Track record of identifying opportunities and setting own initiatives
- Experience building executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
