Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and their guests. As an integral part of our organization you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing a wide range of events from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion while managing all logistical details.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
- Develop event themes budgets timelines and marketing materials in coherence with client expectations.
- Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to secure necessary services and support.
- Monitor event progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure the smooth running of the event.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess the success of each event.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools along with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
