RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining and developing strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensuring the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Identifying opportunities within assigned clients and incorporating them into the growth and development of the company.
- Maintaining existing business and generating new sales according to specified targets.
- Managing complaints and conflicts with clients effectively.
- Coordinating with internal relevant parties such as Recruitment HR Operations and the Invoice team.
- Listening to clients to gain an understanding of their needs.
- Preparing reports on sales over a specified period monthly quarterly and yearly.
- Creating and developing new business pitches.
- Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed on the progress of implemented initiatives and solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of Key Account experience (Existing clients) managing sales targets in a B2B channel.
- Direct sales experience in staff outsourcing services will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills self-motivation and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English.
