Landscape Coordinator/Manager (Project Management/Landscape Maintenance/Horticulture)
Singapore (Islandwide)
SGD$2500 - SGD$4800
The Landscape Manager (Landscape Maintenance and Construction) is involved in all areas of multiple landscape projects. He/she will meet with the clients to clarify their needs and wants and develop a proposal for applying the project following the business plan. He/She will find the plants and materials required for the project and manage a team of workers to bring to life landscape plans and satisfy clients expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all horticulture works
- Plan and assess work programmes
- Ensure quality of landscaping is acceptable.
- Manage all areas of the project including planning daily work and worker timetables.
- Manage workers and contractors working at the project location.
- Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
- Train workers on safety methods when working with equipment and tools.
Requirements
- Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management
- Independent individual with good organisation skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
