Richard Heath & Associates Inc. is seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity in the San Diego or Los Angeles areas: Program Coordinator Full-time non-exempt We are looking for a Program Coordinator for theEnergy Savings Assistance Southern Multifamily Whole Building Program which provides renters and property owners with energy efficiency measures to help manage their energy use and save money on their monthly energy bills.The Coordinator will provide program clerical duties including database management data entry record keeping program tracking reporting and compliance analysis. Minimum Qualifications: - Two years of experience in a professional office environment providing administrative/customer service support
- Two years of experience coordinating projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to compile analyze records/reports and assemble data and information in a meaningful and effective manner
- Multi-task orientated with ability to organize prioritize and meet program deadlines
- Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint)
Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE Job Location: Hybrid- Requires 1x a week in the Santa Fe Springs CA office or the Fresno CA office location.
