Job Description

Human Resources Manager - Hotel Resort Palawan Philippines

A pre-opening hotel resort in Palawan is in need of a Human Resources Managerto be part of the pre-opening and operations team. The successful candidate reporting to the General Manager; with dotted line to the Corporate Human Resources Head will oversee all aspects of human resources management within the resort including recruitment employee relations training performance management compensation benefits and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in ensuring the hotels staffing needs are met employee satisfaction is prioritized and company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Psychology Behavioral Science or related discipline

Five (5) years experience in the same role or department head for a five-star hotel resort

Experience in hotel resort pre-opening

Island person

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in end to end human resources

Self starter

Willingness to be based in Palawan Philippines

Filipino candidates only
