Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Environmental (LCA) Specialist who will join our team. Whether youre at the beginning of your career or have some experience at Ecochain youll have the opportunity to further develop your skills within a dynamic fast-growing organization that makes an impact.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Specialist with a focus on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)you will be responsible for executing client projects. Your tasks will include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Conducting training sessions for clients on the use of our software
Supporting in data collection and entry into our tools
Creating detailed LCAs using our software
Presenting results and insights to clients
Writing clear and well-founded LCA reports
Guiding clients in independently conducting LCAs using our software
Performing additional analyses such as hotspot analyses and background research on
database references to provide clients with in-depth adviceProactively collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and project
results
The specific tasks may vary depending on the client and project making every day unique.
Job requirements
What do you bring
A completed Masters degree in environmental sciences sustainability studies or a related field
Knowledge of or affinity with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA); experience is a plus but not required. We provide training and support to help you develop your expertise
The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of your work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency inEnglishand in additionGermanor Dutch is a hard requirement. Unfortunately we cannot proceed with candidates who are not fluent in German or Dutch.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
