We are searching for a Marketing Specialist for our Data Center Team to support business and brand awareness in the data center market across EMEA.
Key challenges:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with channel partners (distributors resellers system integrators).
- Design and manage partner incentive and rebate programs to support sales and loyalty.
- Plan and deliver partner programs joint campaigns and demand generation activities.
- Oversee and optimize the partner portal ensuring access to up-to-date enablement materials marketing assets and campaign tools.
- Manage partner enablement initiatives and loyalty programs.
- Analyze campaign performance ROI partner pipeline contribution and engagement metrics.
- Support partners with co-branded marketing assets case studies and event participation.
- Organize product launch seminars webinars joint partner events local workshops
- Collaborate closely with sales product management team and communications teams.
- Oversee channel marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in B2B or related marketing field.
- Experience in telecom or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems incentives rebates and distribution models.
- Proficiency with CRM and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
