Customer Care Assistant with German

Your typical day:
As a representative of the brand you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls live chat email and social media.

It is all about communication:
The Customer Care department suggests the primary touchpoint for the customers who want to communicate with our client. As a Customer Support assistant you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting the customers with inquiries and issues they may face.
Our clients Customer Care team is the front line of our services and one of their greatest strengths.

What you need to have is:

  • Fluency in German both written and verbal
  • Good command of English both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in sports
  • Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Be organized decision-making and analytical skills
  • Team player with a great attitude
  • High school education
