Job Summary

Are you a highly motivated individual with fluent German language skills and a passion for customer care We are actively seeking a talented German-speaking Client Relations Specialist to join our rapidly growing international team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this crucial role youll be the main point of contact for our German-speaking clientele expertly managing their travel queries and guaranteeing a stress-free and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with German-speaking clients across all platformsphone email and chatto efficiently handle travel-related needs including new reservations modifications cancellations and information requests.
  • Deliver precise information and actionable solutions working hard to ensure every customer interaction is a highly positive one.
  • Process all inquiries quickly strictly adhering to our established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in various departments to facilitate the rapid and successful resolution of any complex customer issues.
  • Maintain in-depth up-to-date knowledge of all company products services and operational processes.
  • Meticulously record and log all client communications within the designated internal systems.
  • Proactively support the team by sharing insights and assisting colleagues to contribute to collective success.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: You must be fully fluent in German (spoken and written) for all client communication. A strong working knowledge of English (minimum B2) is required for internal use.
  • Exceptional communication and clear problem-solving abilities are a must.
  • A naturally client-focused approach demonstrated through professional and empathetic interactions.
  • The capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and perform well in a high-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not compulsorywe provide comprehensive training.
  • You must possess a high level of attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
