Job Summary

  • Act as professional dormakaba representative and aim to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding dormakaba products and services provide accurate and timely information
  • Help customers with choice of products create/distribute quotations and place/follow up orders
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and handle claims or disputes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with questions related to warranty and contract entitlements ensuring they understand their rights and benefits
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions inquiries complaints and resolutions
  • Support Sales including KAM plan execution help to develop and increase sales

An experience that matters: Your Skills

  • Experience in Customer Support or Sales
  • Administration Sales Customer Service or similar experience
  • Fluent English
  • Business and sales skills
