Job Summary

- Act as professional dormakaba representative and aim to create an outstanding customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries regarding dormakaba products and services provide accurate and timely information
- Help customers with choice of products create/distribute quotations and place/follow up orders
- Address and resolve customer complaints and handle claims or disputes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with questions related to warranty and contract entitlements ensuring they understand their rights and benefits
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions inquiries complaints and resolutions
- Support Sales including KAM plan execution help to develop and increase sales
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- Experience in Customer Support or Sales
- Administration Sales Customer Service or similar experience
- Fluent English
- Business and sales skills
