Labor Relations Specialist MEX
Objective
Labor Relations Specialist MEX is responsible for Responsible for the execution of initiatives and strategies for the adequate management of key labor processes through the labor model to strengthen the productivity and labor stability of Nemak.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with action plans of the Labor Model.
- Manage Labor Lawsuits and Alimony Trials at scale in Nemak MX.
- Ensure the correct execution of labor casuistry.
- Ensure the correct payment to suppliers and validate according to the budget.
- Benchmarking search for best practices.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Law (Required) Specialization in Labor Law (desirable) Masters Degree in Labor Law or HR or Administration (desirable)
- English Advanced.
- Knowledge of Labor Legislation Social Security and National Social Security
- Management of labor and personnel relations
- Training and staff development
- SAP RH
- Experience: 3 years in Negotiation in labor relations Personnel administration Analysis and control of information 1 years in Training
