Job Description
Project Energy Manager MX
Objective
Energy roadmap aligning energy production renewable sourcing and fuel transition with long-term sustainability goals and industry best practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of decarbonization strategies supporting Net Zero targets.
- Integrating emission and pollution reduction goals into plant operations ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and managing energy and sustainability projects with clear milestones timelines and financial assessments.
- Ensuring legal compliance and reporting on emissions energy use and pollution reduction through robust data management systems.
- Driving ISO 50001 implementation and maintaining audit-ready data integrity.
- Monitoring performance identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to accelerate progress toward environmental targets.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and trends to optimize energy efficiency reduce costs and replace fossil fuels.
Position Requirements
- Masters degree Desirable
- Bachelors degree in engineering environmental science or sustainability
- 5 years of experience in projects/energy management. Extensive knowledge of energy efficiency technologies preferably in the aluminum / foundry industry and good knowledge of energy markets and emission management.

- Over 5 years of managerial experience in large-scale multinational companies leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives in complex operational environments
- Language: Advanced English proficiency required. Superior communications and presentation skills are strongly preferred.
