Job Description Assistant Manager / Team Leader (HR Operations)
Experience Required: 47 years
Location: Sakinaka Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR Operations for a defined business unit/team.
Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding confirmation transfers and
exit formalities.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and reduce attrition.
Grievance Handling Act as the first point of contact for employees to resolve HR-
related queries conflicts and grievances in a timely and fair manner.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs attendance management and compliance with
HR policies.
Monitor attrition trends prepare reports and work closely with leadership to design
retention strategies.
Support performance management process goal setting and appraisal coordination.
Manage a small team of HR executives and provide guidance mentoring and
performance feedback.
Partner with operations leaders to align HR practices with business objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in HR Operations mandatory in a BPO environment.
Must have handled employee strength of 500 and above.
Hands-on knowledge of employee engagement retention strategies grievance handling
and attrition management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Team management experience will be an added advantage.
Education:
Bachelors degree in any stream is mandatory.
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory.
