Key Responsibility
Service Delivery Performance
- Manages small teams and ensures smooth operations while maintaining own portfolio with the overall goal to improve company STP process as invoice verification payment process and reconciliations.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.
- Proactively escalating business and performance issues to the supervisor.
Compliance and Controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assists with internal/external audits by providing supporting documentation.
- Perform external and internal control related activities.
Ownership
- Full understanding and control of the processes within their area.
- Recognizes changes and response to deviations from expected results from
- routine tasks and escalates appropriately.
- Applies ability to perform analysis.
Collaboration
- Collaborates with co-workers direct manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborates with other teams beyond own.
- Contributes to project teams with work towards goals.
Process Improvement
- Identifies process improvement opportunities make suggestions and
- improvements to procedures.
Leadership
- Tracks team productivity and quality of work.
- Provides constructive criticism to improve operational performance.
- Provides orientation and training to new employees helping them to understand the roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional equivalent.
- At least 5-6 years of proven track record Finance experience and 3 years in team supervisory role in a global MNC shared service centre environment.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel Power Point and email programs.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication skills in English fluency in other language(s) is a plus.
- Sound understanding of general accounting processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and providing top notch customer service.
- Capability in leading small teams and a team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Critical thinking is a must.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
