Job Description
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with Agency Management Team and Agency Leaders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Facilitate agency recruitment onboarding process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and execute control measures. Assist in ad-hoc projects/workforce as required
Requirements:
- 8 years progressive leadership in life insurance sector
- Bachelors degree or above
- Proven track record in agency recruitment processes particularly in MCV agencies;
- Expertise in recruitment systems compensation models
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage
