Job Description
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Chattahoochee FL. This city boasts a connection to the Chattahoochee River a significant waterway and offers a charming nature-filled environment with historic sites and trails.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly range of $45 - $56 per hour
- This is a 1099 position
- Newer organization with the opportunity for growth
- Full Support Staff
- Working directly with the Medical Director
Responsibilities
- Opportunities for Full Time Part Time and Hybrid
- Full time hours are Monday Friday (8:30am 5:00pm)
- Time spent with each patient is 30-40 minutes
- Deliver primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic
- Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
- Conduct physical exams screenings and preventive care visits
- Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Work collaboratively with care teams for coordinated patient care
- Accurately document visits in EMR (Athena)
- Participate in quality improvement projects and peer review
Requirements
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Florida license or eligibility to obtain
- BLS certification
- Meets credentialing standards for contracted health plans
