Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE:
In charge of scheduling of deliveries to customers; ensures all deliveries are on time and complete based on set customer service standards in a most cost-efficient load.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and schedule timely delivery to customer
- Achieve zero delivery pending / returns
- Follow strictly all parameters set for delivering goods e.g. truck size availability location sketch for new customer customers/trip route etc.; balances truck load capacity and customer service
- Respond to minor customers complaints within the day refers major issues to the manager
- Submit to Accounting Department delivery invoices and other documents
- Send all delivery related reports to respective departments
- Print and sort delivery invoices by customer and by area accurately
- Arrange warehouse copy of the invoice according to picker assignment
- Arrange all invoices for delivery according to delivery schedule
- Forward all next day delivery invoices to warehouse for picking
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of any degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work during Saturdays.
