Are you some whos proactive and ready for new challenge

Were excited to be looking for aPlanned Delivery Scheduling Team Leaderto manage our Planned Kitchen & Bathroom Admin team someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment whos enthusiastic with good attention to detail and has strong communication skills.

Youll beresponsible for leading the scheduling and admin functions across the Planned Delivery Kitchen & Bathrooms teamsmaking sure that the services provided are high quality represent value for money and are customer-focussed.

Youll workcloselywith the Senior Planned Operations Managers and Planned Supervisors to support the Commercial services functions and other areas whilst maintaining good relationships with key stakeholder both internally and externally. Remember we dont just want to do things the way theyve always been done we want to do things even better!

We are a team of eight and our function is to plan and support the delivery of renewing kitchen and bathrooms to our properties through a planned programme of works. These are delivered via our team of 50 trades and Supervisors and as well as Sub Contractors.

No two days will be the same in this role so youll need enthusiasm a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile.
