Job Description:
- Candidates will be responsible for preparing presentations for prospective and currentlogistics users at SHOPLINE.
- To monitor review and improve the logistics Marketing Sales and Advertisingcomponents at SHOPLINE.
- Have follow- up meetings with both active and prospective clients to ensure clientspreferences are met and shared with the team.
- Scrutinizing the market to elucidate customers needs competitors activities andpromising avenues that have not yet been explored.
- To achieve the sales target.
- Establish and maintain a positive and lasting relationship with both prospective andexisting customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis activities collecting feedback from merchants and internal stakeholders provide convincing analysis reports to internal stakeholders regularly.
- Monitor daily logistics operational matters to ensure smooth delivery progress make sure merchants and their consumers are happy and satisfied with our integrated logistics solutions.
- Closely monitor sales KPI analyze and diagnose sales performance and make sure the KPI is achievable from time to time with concrete actionable plans/solutions.
Education and Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain is highly preferred.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in Malay andEnglish is a must is a plus if you are able tospeak or write in Chinese.
- A highly driven individual with 7 years or above working experience in a Logistics Business Development role and with proven track record of consistent sales and closing success.
- Outstanding communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to confidently approach potential customers and give them information aboutservices offered at SHOPLINE.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Comprehensive knowledge of E-commerce & Supply Chain Solutions.
