Coordinate and provide administrative support for the implementation of marketing plans and initiatives to drive business objectives and support overall marketing strategies.
Assist in managing customer feedback including handling daily customer calls enquiries and service-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure timely distribution of marketing collaterals to all outlets and provide ongoing support to the Operations team on marketing-related activities.
Assist in compiling and preparing marketing campaign performance and CRM-related reports for internal review and analysis.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks or assignments as required by the Marketing team or immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in marketing or relevant discipline/professional qualifications
