Technical Business Analyst
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a keen interest in this role you will combine your technical and analytical skills with marketing insights to help optimize digital campaigns improve user experiences and support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with marketing design and development teams to analyze performance metrics identify trends and opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs identify pain points and propose solutions.
- Analyze workflows data and user behavior to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Participate in ideation sessions and design thinking workshops to improve features processes and user experiences.
- Pull interpret and visualize performance data; create dashboards and reports to highlight trends and opportunities.
- Serve as a bridge between business design and development teams ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Support quality assurance and delivery by assisting with UAT documenting issues and tracking process changes.
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in business analysis product support or related technical roles.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys brainstorming and co-creating solutions.
- Excellent teamwork communication and facilitation skills.
- Advanced English skills (Speaking and writing )
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with digital analytics or tracking tools (e.g. GA4 Hotjar).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms or basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and workshop facilitation.
