About the Role

We are looking for an energetic team player to provide a professional efficient and high quality service to all of our customers.

This exciting role will allow you to make a real impact on the organisation as a key member of the councils hard working and high achieving Customer Contact Centre.

About You

As one of the faces and voices of the council not only will you be adept at dealing with a wide range of complex and varied enquiries you will also have the ability to engage effectively with people from all walks of life.

If you have customer service/call centre experience a high level of computer literacy and plenty of energy and enthusiasm then this job is for you.
