About the role:

As a Client Knowledge and Learning Senior Advisor you will play a pivotal role in delivering Linklaters value-add learning offering to clients. Youll work directly with clients globally delivering business skills training and managing our suite of subscription-based eLearning products. This is a fantastic opportunity to build credibility with senior clients and stakeholders across different cultures and industries.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design deliver and strategically deploy the Ideas Foundry suite of business skills training for clients.
  • Monitor developments in leadership and business education to create new sessions and learning offerings.
  • Source guests and contribute to the production of the Ideas Foundry podcast series.
  • Collaborate with the Client Strategy team to enhance individual client relationships.
  • Promote Linklaters value-added services in pitches and marketing materials.
  • Assess the impact of business skills training on client experience and business development.
  • Manage and develop the firms revenue-generating client eLearning products promoting them to internal and external stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Experience designing and delivering engaging training programs (in-person and virtual) ideally in professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients across diverse industries and cultures.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating marketing materials and contributing to business development pitches.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and productive approach.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
