Job Summary
This role focuses on providing hands-on support to clients who are exploring different solutions and need clear explanations to guide their decisions. You will communicate with clients through virtual meetings and phone calls helping them understand what options best align with their goals and long-term plans. You will maintain a consistent communication cycle documenting all interactions within a digital system to ensure seamless follow-up. The position requires patience clarity and the ability to translate complex information into simple actionable steps. You will also collaborate closely with internal guidance materials and training tools to ensure clients receive accurate timely and personalized assistance.
Requirements
U.S. citizen; strong communication and listening skills; time-management abilities; self-motivated; customer-facing experience is a plus.
