Job Description
JOB TITLE: IT Specialist
JOB LOCATION:Abuja (FCT)
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing troubleshooting and upgrading our IT systems and networks.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install configure and maintain hardware software and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure network security and data integrity through regular updates and backups.
- Collaborate with team members to support IT projects and implementations.
- Manage user accounts access permissions and IT documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- 3 5 years proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in network management hardware troubleshooting and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols backup procedures and disaster recovery.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A Network or similar) are a plus.
Salary
N150000 N200000 monthly.
