Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data administration tasks on pitch infrastructure and tools
- Create and edit pitch records in BCI Pitch Tracker following the new process
- Review and update the status of recent pitch entries
- Upload files to BCI Pitch Tracker and other pitch infrastructure
- Compile firm deals/matters from various sources into templates
- Add keywords and filters to content in PiXel pitch automation tool
- Review content in PiXel flag duplicates and assist in updating information
- Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary
