The Role: HR Shared Services Analyst
As anHR Shared Services Analyst you will be thefirst point of contactfor employee inquiries ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. Youll work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to deliver apositive employee experience. The budget allocated for this position is set at 18500 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare HR-related documents
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support HR programs including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
- Escalate complex queries to senior HR team members when needed
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions
- Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting and insights
- Build and maintain strong internal client relationships
Who You Are
To succeed in this role you bring acustomer-focused mindset strongorganizational skills and a passion forHR operations.
Requirements
- Polish Speaker
- University or College degree
- 712 months of experience in acustomer-facing HR role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office(Excel Word Outlook)
- Experience withHR systems(e.g. Workday SAP Oracle) is a plus
