ROLE SUMMARY:
Kings College School is a brand-new school that opened in September 2022 in Cascais. It is an international school offering a truly global education and is the only school in the Lisbon area to offer the full world-renowned Cambridge curriculum up until Year 11 (age 16) and then culminates with the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme in Years 12 & 13 (age 16-19). Our first intake for September 2022 was for students from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) (age 1) through to Year 8 (age 13). In September 2023 we will naturally expand the school and offer places up to Year 10 (age 15); following this a new year group will then be added annually through to Year 13 (age 18) which is the final year of school.
We are currently looking for a Cover Teacher with availability for occasional cover on a freelance basis (recibos verdes). Immediate availability would be preferable. Please note that this is not a fixed contract and we may call you for just a one-day cover.
This is an exciting time to join the team as we are designing our growth roadmap and new staff will be able to actively participate in this project.
