  • We are seeking proactiveCustomer Success Managersfocused onclient retentionandaccount expansion. The ideal candidates will build strong client relationships drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Drive product adoption and value realization for clients.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client needs feedback and escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales support and product) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor client health metrics and implement strategies to reduce churn.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and account growth.
  • Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze client data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Gainsight).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field.
