Job Description
We are seeking for a Strategic Procurement Intern to support Dematic Monterrey operation thru the execution of procurement processes to ensure efficient sourcing and timely delivery of high-quality components.
This role involves analyzing data communicating findings and recommendations to Leadership and assisting in RFQ process.

Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Detail new material requirements in master file and assign them for RFQ process
- Prepare reports and presentations and supervise procurement KPIs
- Support in the pre-work and results analysis of RFQs for Direct materials
- Support internal audits and compliance with procurement policies
Qualifications:
- Active student in the last semesters of Industrial Engineering International Business Commerce Business Administration or related field.
- Valid internship agreement with a university.
- Sophisticated English (written and spoken) is mandatory able to connect with international suppliers via email and video call.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables filters basic formulas).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) is desirable.
