Eximestablished in 1982 in Singapore Exim & Mfr Enterprise provides quality-assured fasteners electro-mechanical components sleevings / tubings wires wiring management accessories and C-parts to multinational manufacturers and equipment makers across diversified industries.

Description and tasks
Our company headquartered in Singapore is a leading distributor of a diverse range of fasteners Electronic hardware Sleevings/Tubings and Electro-mechanical parts. We have state of the art quality assurance lab and We have attained below Quality Certifications:
AS 9120 IATF 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 13485 ISO 14001 ISO 22301 ISO 26000ISO 27001 ISO 28000 ISO 29001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001 and ISO 37000
In light of the rapid expansion of our operations we are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the positions of Procurement Engineer.
Responsibilities: -
- Engage in the sourcing process and supplier selection based on customers enquiries.
- Develop and identify potential suppliers/manufacturers based on Exims main product categories.
- Review and conduct price negotiations with suppliers.
- Manage the companys Sourcing Software and monitor the sourcing activities based on enquiries productivity and hit rate of enquiries.
- Develop and implement control to monitor the enquiries set-up.
- Arrange technical sharing from manufacturers with sales team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
Pre-requisites: -
- At least a Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing or any similar role.
- Experience in mechanical and electrical procurement is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
