As a Portfolio Specialist youll contribute to the delivery of our Brand Portfolio Strategy by identifying designing and implementing initiatives that drive business outcomes. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse performance uncover opportunities and support the development of innovative product and pricing solutions.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity to grow your portfolio expertise build strategic capability and expand your internal network.
What Youll Do
- Deliver tactical initiatives aligned to brand strategy and business objectives
- Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and margin
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Advisors to streamline delivery across product promotion and compliance
- Evaluate product and pricing initiatives and recommend improvements
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and risks
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team
What Youll Bring
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in portfolio product or pricing roles (or similar business experience)
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of consumer insurance products and market dynamics
- A collaborative adaptable mindset with a focus on outcomes
