Ready to take the next step in your automotive career Our locally-owned Meineke Car Care Center is seeking a full-time General Manager/Service Writer to lead and motivate our talented team. This role offers a MondayFriday schedule with occasional Saturday half days.
- Lead daily shop operations and ensure a smooth workflow with exceptional customer service
- Recruit hire and train staff while fostering a positive results-driven work environment
- Monitor productivity quality inventory and compliance with industry regulations
- Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction goals
- Track financial performance
- Support marketing initiatives and community engagement to grow visibility
- Work in service advisor role when needed
- 8 years of experience as a Master Technician or Level A automotive technician
- 2 years in a management role
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
- Experience with shop management software (Tekmetric preferred not required)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
