About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Certification Program Manager to create and lead our global certification program a role where you will set the benchmark for competency in the use of Micromines industry-leading software. This is a unique opportunity to design implement and grow Micromines certification framework from the ground up. This is your chance to:

  • Develop learning pathways from foundation through to advanced skills.
  • Collaborate with training experts sales teams and product specialists to create fair and credible competency standards.
  • Oversee the full certification lifecycle from registration and testing through to issuing certifications and managing fee structures.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the program across resellers enterprises universities and industry bodies.
  • Continuously refine certification standards based on feedback research and industry trends.

About You

You are a natural program builder with a proven track record in certification training or skills assessment ideally in software or technology. Your strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams will set you up for success. Other requirements are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Education Project Management or similar.
  • Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments.
  • Excellent organisation quality assurance and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with LMS platforms.
  • An understanding of the mining sector is a bonus.
